Jesus is Lord. Everyone is Welcome. Everybody has something to offer.
Jesus has shown us that children have a special place in the heart of God. (Matthew 19: 13-15) Therefore, every single child at First Baptist Church Preschool is welcomed, loved just as they are and valued for the unique gifts they bring. It is our goal to help children develop spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially in a creative and challenging environment designed especially for preschoolers. Children are taught at their own developmental level where they can grow and learn.

  • An unconditional love of Jesus and the presence of God in our everyday lives.
  • An appropriate of each child’s uniqueness and that everyone is an individual.
  • The educational and social skills that each child will need in future educational experiences.
  • Each class beginning in the 1’s will lead into the next, with the 4 year old class preparing the child for kindergarten.
  • An excitement toward a lifelong love of learning.

A day at preschool will include: prayer, music, art, story time, large and small motor skill activities, center time and snacks.
